What we collect
When you make an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message.
When you book: the above plus each traveller's full name, date of birth, gender, passport number and passport expiry date. We need these to file a Saudi visa and to issue tickets — a booking cannot proceed without them.
When you pay: the amount, the method and the reference. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack and never reach our servers. If you pay by bank transfer, we store the receipt you upload.
Why we hold it
To file visas, issue tickets and make hotel reservations in your name. To reconcile payments against your booking. To contact you about the departure you have booked.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the airlines, hotels, visa authorities and payment processor needed to deliver the trip you booked.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, which is the period Nigerian tax and company law requires.
Passport details are deleted twelve months after your return, since they are no longer needed once the trip is complete and the visa has expired.
Enquiries that never became bookings are deleted after twenty-four months.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it.
